Your Watch Dog - Accountability

Maria Grijalva is a watchdog. Recently she discovered that superintendent Cheryl Hildred lied when she got hired. During her interview process she was asked if there was anything negative that needed to be disclosed. Cheryl Hildred did not disclose her own misconduct about abusing overtime pay from her previous employer in LA. She signed off to ensure her sorority sisters milked tax dollars for personal gain.

As your Trustee, Maria Grijalva will listen to students, parents, teachers, staff, principals and district staff. She will ask questions, seek evidence. West Sacramento deserves a peaceful and harmonious school enviornment which requires transparency and accountability.
